Sarah Weber




Sarah Weber R.D. is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition, the management of food intolerance and food allergies, as well as optimal nutrition for training and competing. Sarah’s training as a ballet dancer and elite cyclist gives her a unique perspective when working with athletes of all ages and sports, including ice skaters, dancers, triathletes, cyclists, runners, swimmers, rock climbers, soccer players and skiers. She holds a diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee and is a frequent contributor to the nutrition blog of the Women’s Cycling Association, and has been featured in both SHAPE Magazine andOutside Magazine.
