Tom Zakrajsek




Tom Zakrajsek has been coaching figure skating in the United States since 1990. He has coached many regional, sectional, national, and international champions, including U.S. Champions Max Aaron, Rachael Flatt, Ryan Bradley, and Jeremy Abbott. Tom was a board member of the Professional Skaters Association for nine years and has served on the boards of U.S. Figure Skating and the Broadmoor Skating Club. He is master-rated in freestyle and holds a Level VII ranking. In 2001, Tom received his master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Colorado-CS. In 1999, Tom was named United States Figure Skating Developmental Coach of the Year, and in 2009 was named PSA Coach of the Year.
